The serving dish with the monstrosity atop it was said to weigh about thirty pounds, which means even the heaviest dish puts this into the territory of around 20 lbs. I’ll be honest, I didn’t eat all five pounds of my share. The closest any of us came was everything but the biscuits. Pretty not bad, if you ask me. And it tasted delicious.
